Hi, my name is Katrina Jenkins. I am originally from Edmonton Alberta but relocated to Montrose BC in 2012. I started working at the Trail BC, and Castlegar BC location in the fall of 2019. I am currently a hearing instrument practitioner apprentice. I plan on completing my education at Douglas College in the Fall of 2025.

I am also a registered Industrial audiometric technician capable of performing hearing tests for Work-safe BC.

I strive for excellence in my field, and love helping people better their lives through the magic of sound. In my spare time I enjoy spending time camping with my family in the many precious secrets of the Kootenays. I’m an avid golfer, runner, and dancer. I performed for Alberta Ballet and was in the opening ceremony of the World Championship In Athletics.

I have passed my love of dance to my daughter. I am extremely dedicated to my career, very personable, and very thorough to make sure our patients are taken care of, and their needs are fulfilled to their highest expectations. I hope that you will come and see me for any of your hearing needs in the future. I look forward to meeting you.

Kerra Clarkston

Patient Care Coordinator

I was born and raised in Trail, BC. I have worked for almost twenty years at Kootenay Hearing Aid & Audiology Clinic, and I am very excited that we have amalgamated with the awesome team at Dynamic Hearing Solutions. One of the best parts of my job is seeing people get fit with their new hearing aids and watching their faces light up when they say they have heard their cat purr for the first time in years.

Bringing our clients back into the world of sounds is the most satisfying part of the job. When not at work I am usually at home with my chihuahua dog and two cats and enjoying working in my garden. I also love going to the arena to watch our hometown hockey team the Trail Smoke Eaters. Go Smokies!

Aladina Caron

Patient Care Coordinator

Taanishi (Hello), my name is Aladina Caron. I was born and raised in the small town of Trail, BC. I speak a bit of Michif, the Métis language, and share my home with a beloved family of pets.

For the past few years I’ve been traveling with Métis Nation British Columbia (MNBC). As a Métis youth representative, I actively listen to the needs and concerns of Métis youth, advocating for change and working closely with the MNBC board to discuss solutions and future initiatives. As I love to travel, I found myself missing home. My auntie has dealt with hearing loss since she was little.

Being able to see the benefits and how it helped her life, has intrigued me to find a profession that helps others and figure out their best options for their lifestyle. Now being apart of the team here, I hope to grow and excel within the company.
