Regular & frequent post fitting follow up

Following the fitting of new hearing aids, we will schedule regular follow up appointments based on your individual needs. This will ensure that any concerns that arise in the first few weeks are addressed and will help to reduce the stress and anxiety that may be involved in adjusting to new hearing aids.

24 hour phone follow up post fitting

Hearing aids are not an exact science. Adjusting to hearing aids requires, time patience, practice and perseverance, and more often than not programming and physical fit changes are required in order to get things just right. This is why we book regular post fitting appointments. Often however, issues arise in the first few hours or days following the initial fitting. In order to address immediate concerns that arise prior to your first follow up appointment, we will follow up with you by phone within 24 hours of a new fitting.
