About Us

Recognizing an increasing need for quality hearing healthcare services in the Kootenays, we first opened our doors in the Tamarack mall in Cranbrook in the fall of 2008. With a 20 year academic and professional background in hearing health care science, I wanted to take my passion for providing outstanding service into my own private practice. Using a focused patient centred approach to treatment Dynamic Hearing Solutions has quickly become the preferred choice of hearing care providers in the region.

With our dedicated staff who share the same vision of providing outstanding service, We have grown to include hearing clinics in Cranbrook, Fernie, Invermere, Nelson and our newest location in Kimberley. We are proud to have acheived a BBB A+ rating and to be 100% locally owned in the Kootenays!

Dynamic Hearing Solutions is a true 'Mom and Pop' practice, providing personalized care from the beginning. As soon as you enter one of our clinics, you are greeted by warm and friendly staff that are ready to make sure you are well taken care of.

We understand that our patients have a world of choices and work hard to ensure the highest level of satisfaction. Our greatest compliment is when a patient refers a friend or family member.

We look forward to continuing to serve the folks of the Kootenays with the highest level of care possible. Providing excellent care is easy when you are passionate and enjoy what you do!

President's Message

A Message from the President

In a world of choices, selecting the right path often depends on the advice of others. This has never been more true than when considering hearing healthcare solutions to improve quality of life. Critically, a positive relationship with and trust in the care professional must first be established in order to proceed with any major lifestyle change. Taking that first step toward improving your hearing may be difficult, but the rewards will be immense and life-changing. Our purpose is to positively affect the lives of the patients we serve and connect with them in a deep and meaningful way. Our goal is to offer permanent quality hearing solutions for life through our value promise, patient-focused approach, and customized precision fittings. We take great pride in enriching the lives of our patients and helping them take full advantage of what life has to offer.

-Brad Meulenbeld.

In the Community

Hearing Screenings

We are able to provide hearing screenings at senior centres and medical centres provided a quiet isolated room is available. Hearing screenings provide an excellent opportunity to determine whether a complete hearing evaluation is required.

A hearing screening is not a complete hearing test, but is a short 5-10 minute process to determine the possible needs of an individual. We are able to use a portable audiometer to test reactions of an individual to specific frequencies of sound. A complete hearing evaluation can be booked if an individual fails to respond at any level. Pre-scheduling attendees in 5-10 minute time slots, eliminates long waiting periods for hearing screening events.

Hearing Health Presentations

A hearing health presentation can be provided at senior and medical centres in a room that facilitates overhead projected presentations. A typical presentation may last for 30 to 40 minutes and is followed by a question and answer period. Tea and cake will be provided near the end of the hour at which time the presenter is available for individual attention.

To schedule an event in your community, please contact us at 1-877-426-0079 or by email at info@dynamichearingsolutions.ca
